Kindly note that promotional items that are offered free with an offer can not be returned, redeemed or exchanged for any other items. Due to the nature of the free gift they are not covered under any manufacturer’s warranty. Promotions can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
All faulty goods will be examined on a case by case basis, and all complaints and/or returns must be dealt with in writing by email or by letter. If the product you purchase is deemed faulty we may offer an exchange, repair or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights… Please ensure you have read our “returns policy” noted above. By there very nature headcovers and grips are disposable products.
Our headcovers are guarunteed to be free from manaufacturers defects for a period of 60days.
Refund of Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.*
If good have not been collected or are (where appropriate) not signed for and are returned back to us (the sender) then we will refund your purchase less the shipping costs.
